This volume is a artist catalogue, since it includes copies of works from the artist Petra Johanna Barfs in four colours. It obviously contains a arthistorical contribution about her works, written by writer, translator and art historian Georg H. Holländer (*1961 in Stuttgart), who lives in Paris, Vienna and Berlin. As an adtition it includes an interview with the great cargo ship captain Antje-Frederike Herbst (*1967 in Hannover), which allows an unusual view about »home«. Last but not least the book contains a prose written by Peter Härtling, »die Erinnerung an die Erinnerung« (Memories of the memories), which has been written about Bark’s work.
An excellence edeition with an original screenprint of the artist, 24 signed and numbert copies, who are avaible with the book and a box is available at the price of 330 Euro.
