Katharina Hacker
Biography
Katharina Hacker was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1961 and lives now as a freelance author in Berlin. Besides translations form the Hebrew she published amongst others »Morpheus oder der Schnabelschuh« and »Tel Aviv« both at Suhrkamp. In the little »16pages« book »Von denen Schnecken« (about those snails) Katharina Hackert wrote a sketch about her grandmother: She described the effort of the old lady to keep the gluttonous snails out of her garden.
